8-20-08 Portland chamber-pop band Buoy LaRue visited OPB's studios for this session, showing off the group's lush sounds and romantic songwriting, with a bit of taiko drumming thrown in for good measure. Frontman Michael Herrman and violist/arranger Adam Hoornstra talk about the classical/pop mix, collaborating on the arrangements, and recording in an crumbling, unheated building -- the old Masonic Temple in North Portland.
