With their outstanding debut record, 3 Rounds and a Sound getting its official release this summer, opening for Aimee Mann recently, and playing at PDX Pop Now! 2008, it's all clear skies for Blind Pilot. Israel Nebeker and Ryan Dobrowski started the group as a duo, but have added Katie Claborn on banjo and dulcimer, and bassist Luke Ydstie for their upcoming tour (yes, touring the West Coast on bikes!), and the group expands to nine for some shows. Their in-studio set features four songs from the new record, characteristically understated writing and blending of voices.
