The session was recorded the first day of the band's March tour with Xiu Xiu, with a new record out, We Brave Bee Stings and All. (Portland connections are many: Tucker Martine produced the CD, Laura Veirs sings backup vocals, and it was released on the Kill Rock Stars label -- now based in Portland).
