New Zealand via London band The Veils filled our studio, performing songs from their latest release, Nux Vomica, as well as a surprising Springsteen cover. Finn Andrews and the band talked about the meaning of "Nux Vomica," their recent odd acoustic set in a women's room, and being high school classmates in New Zealand, which three members of the group were -- guitarist and singer Andrews, keyboard player Liam Gerrard, and bassist Sophia Burn. (Gerrard has since left the band.)
