The PCPA's 5th annual Music On Main St. series commences tonight with the ladies and gentlemen of Pancake Breakfast (full disclosure, the band contains no fewer than three former OPBers, thus making OPB the official farm team of Pancake Breakfast). Although there's still no actual recording released by the self-described "barn recording project" turned "live circus of song" (we understand it's pending, after having been recorded with Mike Coykendall earlier in the year), Pancake Breakfast has thus far made in-roads based on their live performances and obvious charm alone (see below). No actual pancakes will be served (as far as we know).

Music gets underway at 5:00 (here's hoping old man McTheman lets you cut out early today) on Main St. between SW Broadway and SW Park. It's the first of ten free perfromances this summer through September 1st. The full schedule as follows:
