Some great bills to catch out on the town tonight in Portland, including the return home of Portugal. The Man, playing at the Roseland with The Builders & the Butchers and Morning Teleportation. Outstanding, all-local triple bills must be in the air-- there's one at Mississippi Studios, too, with Mimicking Birds, Archeology and Kele Goodwin. Elsewhere, CoCo Rosie plays the Wonder Ballroom with opener Cibelle, and Anti-Pop Consortium, along with locals Hurtbird, are at the Doug Fir
